Video conferencing is a technology that we now couldn’t live without. As a society, we use so many different tools, but video conferencing has made it possible to expand teams by recruiting via video calls and onboarding new talent. It has made it possible to communicate with other businesses during the pandemic and this is something that many companies will continue to do as we move forward. Not only has it provided organisations with a tool, but also connected us with our friends and family and helped us to recreate invaluable memories with them over the past year.

LinkedIn, for example, has been key to building relationships, sharing news and finding talent. Engaging with customers and employees has never been as easy or important. I think platforms have grown alongside us as a business and have allowed us to showcase our successes as a company, but also our most important assets, our people.

Miro, a digital whiteboard solution, has become one of my favourite tools for digital workshops and creative sessions. It has enabled companies to host workshops but to also make notes and create mind maps, making the experience totally immersive. Miro has made it possible to have these creative brainstorming sessions anytime, anywhere, and allowed us to collaborate with confidence.
