BRANDS
What plans do you have for the brand over the next 12 months?
The last 12 months have been about laying strong foundations, and over the next year we’ll continue building on that. We’ll expand our technical
offering, bringing more performance-led products to the collection while staying true to what FINDRA has always stood for: creating versatile, beautifully designed clothing that women genuinely enjoy wearing. From the day I founded FINDRA, it was never just about designing clothing. It was about creating a brand that listens to women, understands their needs
absolutely love. I feel incredibly fortunate to have trails, rivers and lochs right on my doorstep, along with an amazing group of women to share those adventures with.
You’ve recently launched a new range, On Our Terms. What is different about it compared with other FINDRA kit? On Our Terms is the most technical collection we’ve ever created, but at its heart, it’s still unmistakably FINDRA. Since the beginning, we’ve designed clothing that helps
women spend more time outdoors by combining performance with understated style. What we’ve never believed is that technical clothing has to look overtly technical. This collection builds on that philosophy. We’ve introduced
lightweight, high-performance fabrics, greater weather protection and increased versatility, while keeping the clean aesthetic and flattering fit that women tell us they love. The pieces are designed to work just as well on the bike, on the trail or travelling in a campervan as they do stopping for coffee afterwards. The name On Our Terms reflects something we’ve believed since day one: women shouldn’t have to choose between stylish, comfortable clothing and products that truly perform. Nor should they feel they need to fit someone else’s idea of what an outdoor person looks like. It’s about giving women kit they can depend on, so they
have the confidence and freedom to enjoy the outdoors on their own terms, at whatever level feels right for them. Above all, it’s about designing products that make women feel listened to, represented and that they truly belong outdoors.

and helps them feel confident, represented and welcome in the outdoors. That sense of community has always been at the heart of everything we do, and over the next year we’ll continue investing in the stories, conversations and experiences that bring women together and inspire them to spend more time outside. Personally, I’m looking forward to sharing more of my own
journey as a founder, designer and outdoor enthusiast. If I can inspire more women to get on a bike, head into the hills or simply discover the joy of spending more time outdoors, then that’s every bit as important to me as launching a new product. Ultimately, our ambition is to continue growing FINDRA in a thoughtful, sustainable way without losing the values and authenticity that have defined the brand from the very beginning.
Finally, is there anything else you would like to add? I’d simply like to say thank you to the incredible community of women who have supported FINDRA over the last 12 years. They continue to inspire every decision we make and remind us why we started this journey in the first place. The outdoors has given me confidence, friendship, perspective and some of the happiest moments of my life. If FINDRA can help more women experience that—whether it’s through riding a bike, walking a local trail, or simply feeling like they belong outdoors—then I’ll feel we’ve achieved something far more meaningful than just building a clothing brand. ●
