Chicken CycleKit to distribute Mavic

with Ison Distribution MICROSHIFT has announced a new partnership with Ison Distribution. The announcement will see the drivetrain consolidate its position in the UK and Ireland markets by continuing with a reliable supply chain and technical support for its retailers and riders. Chicken CycleKit has worked with Mavic to facilitate training for many members of staff. Mike Catlin, commercial director, and Gary


Turner, sales director, recently spent time at Mavic HQ to understand the brand and direction for the future.


Sales manager Jason Smith and area sales managers Simon Howes, Alex Sheppard, and Paul Wain, have visited all the production and testing facilities, and undergone training.


Tech manager Gary Anderson has completed five days of service centre training to be up to speed with the brand’s latest developments.


Bespoked returns to the UK with a new Manchester venue


BESPOKED, the handmade bicycle show, will return to the UK in 2024.


After a year away from these shores, Bespoked 2024 will be held at the Victoria Baths in Manchester from Friday, June 28, to Sunday, June 30. Peter Georgallou, from Bespoked, said: “Victoria Baths is an ideal venue for the show, with its glass roof, neutral palette and ornate interiors.


“Manchester is ideally situated at the centre of the UK


geographically, with fantastic transport links and proximity to the Lake District and Peak District, which make up some of the finest riding in the UK.” Organisers estimate thousands of handmade enthusiasts and plenty of industry professionals to attend the show.
