Of course, innovation doesn’t stop at the oven door. Our sustainable and smart packaging trends article (page 28) sheds light on the growing intersection of environmental responsibility and technological sophistication. From anti-counterfeit measures to AI-driven supply chain integration, packaging is about protection, sure, but it’s also about connection, transparency, and brand integrity. These things can really make or break loyalty from customers, and with recent legislation making sustainable packaging non-negotiable (something I’m loudly championing), these insights will give you great ideas on how to implement it!


As I write this, the team and I are preparing to head to Düsseldorf for iba 2025, a cornerstone event for anyone serious about the business and future of baking.
