Imagine Live – 2025 Achievements, product highlights, and 2026 roadmap
Imagine Live was founded in May 2022 with just seven tables and 75 employees. From day one the mission was clear: aggressively compete with long-established live-casino suppliers through quality, operational discipline, pricing efficiency and differentiated content.
T
he results have been decisive. By December 2022 operations had expanded to 17 tables supported by 150+ employees. One year later (December 2023), Imagine Live had grown to 38 tables and nearing 500 staff, firmly establishing itself as the fastest-rising supplier in the sector. That trajectory accelerated through 2024, reaching 80 tables and 820 employees. As of June 2025 the company broadcasts from 109 tables supported by 1,000+ team members, a level of operational scale rarely achieved in such a compressed period.
This growth has been delivered through a consistent strategy, expand regulated market access, invest heavily in infrastructure and people, and maintain a continual flow of new products aligned to genuine operator needs. Expansion remains front-of-mind, with two strategic developments underway, the opening of our Romanian studio in H2 2025 and the launch of our Madrid studio in Q1 2026.
1. ACHIEVEMENTS
Operational Scale & Infrastructure: In just three and a half years, Imagine Live has
evolved from a startup into a global supplier with a growing multi-studio footprint. Armenia remains the core production hub, while Romania and Madrid provide jurisdictional flexibility, increased table variety, and redundancy across operations. Each facility is built with modular table layouts, adaptable game-show stages, and centralized monitoring systems. This design philosophy enables new products to be launched faster than typical industry lead times, supporting the company’s commitment to constant innovation. Technology & Engineering: A defining component of Imagine Live’s identity is its industry-first Robot Arm technology. Unlike static camera setups, the Robot Arm combines precision motion control and dynamic angle switching to deliver a level of production quality normally associated with television broadcast environments. This innovation is functionally meaningful. It improves outcome clarity, enhances immersion, and reduces host-dependent variability. Operators consistently report that Robot Arm-enhanced titles sit among their
strongest performers for both acquisition and retention.
Complementing this, 2025 saw the development of an industry-first proprietary AI-driven quality-control system. This system monitors presenter behavior, tone, movement and consistency in real time, enabling supervisors to detect issues early and maintain a stable, high-quality player experience. It also supports training, scheduling and performance management through objective data rather than subjective judgment. Game Portfolio & Unique Content: Imagine Live’s content portfolio includes unique game shows such as Lucky Wheelionaire, Football Duel, Dragon Fortune, Robin the Fair, Roulette Rouge and Dynamite Roulette, along with a full suite of classic, Asian and Indian titles. Each product is designed with clear differentiation from classic live tables, incorporating multipliers, character-driven formats and Robot Arm sequences without over-complicating core mechanics.
All titles support native presenters in 15+ languages and UI in over 35 languages, enabling operators to localize products for specific regions, markets and VIP segments. Promotional Engine: The in-game promotional engine has become one of Imagine Live’s strongest competitive advantages. Rather than depending on internal bonus tools, operators can trigger on-table bonuses, leaderboards, Lucky Cards, Free Chips/Bets and other mechanics directly inside the live-game window. These tools carry minimal technical load and drive measurable increases in session length, revisit frequency and cross-table migration. Several additional promotional mechanics are now in design for release during 2026.
Instant rewards for players and super simple for operators to execute. Culture, People & Studio Environment: Investment in people remains a core pillar of the organization. Presenter training, strong staff facilities and a people first culture have
