Cello Electronics was also there; famed for its British-made TVs, the brand has moved into SDA and used the show to launch its brand new Overture range (more on that shortly)! Since closing its doors for another year, the organiser of the show, BHETA (the British Home Enhancement Trade Association), has announced that visitor numbers saw a five per cent growth, on top of the 10 per cent increase in 2023. This year also included a record number of international buyers in attendance too. The ERT team was out in force at the two-day exhibition, which took place once again at the Business Design Centre in Islington, London; there was a great buzz around the whole event with busy aisles and clearly a huge amount of interaction between buyers and brands. We caught up with Will Jones, Exclusively Show Chair and Chief Operating Officer at

Morphy Richards returned to Exclusively this year to unveil its new Cassini Collection – which features seven different colourways and a distinctive modern 3D hex pattern across each appliance.

The range includes a 1.7-litre kettle (right), a four-slice toaster and a microwave. The kettle features a rapid boil function and carefully designed waterspout, while the toaster offers variable width slots, variable browning

he Exclusively Show was back with a bang earlier this month! A whole host of new brands joined the show floor for 2024, including Morphy Richards, Beam Group, Sebo and Shark Ninja.

BHETA, on the second day. He said: “This was the most successful Exclusively for some time in terms of commercial and media engagement, which is an excellent achievement in today’s challenging retail environment, where numbers of retailers have shrunk over the last decade. “Over both days of the show there was

more new product development, more brand interaction and more expert forecasting than ever – and the show as a whole really saw the benefits. I’m also pleased to say that bookings for 2025 are already very strong.” Returning exhibitors for 2024 included Dualit,

RKW, Tower, Bluestem Group, Swan Products, Sodastream, Sabichi, Melitta, Lloytron, Eurosonic Group, Black & Decker, and Vybra Solutions. Trend forecaster, Scarlet Opus, was also back hosting trend talks and tours as well as highlighting some of the best stand displays and the ‘best of the best’ on-trend products. In terms of concept and design, the Cassini Jug Kettle was picked out from Morphy Richards, in rich green and luxe metallic – “a real statement piece for the kitchen worktop”, the trend forecaster said.

controls and a high-lift feature for easy retrieval of smaller slices. The microwave boasts advanced cooking functions and intuitive controls.

Morphy said the Cassini Collection offers “a harmonious blend of form and function to meet the demands of today’s discerning homeowners”, with modern curves and “fashion- forward colours” to create statement pieces that enhance any kitchen countertop.

Also on show was the Devaney Fritaire – a self-cleaning, glass bowl air fryer! “The clear view of food cooking is innovative, as is the whirlpool cleaning system,” said the Scarlet Opus team. Exclusively’s ever-popular Trends feature once again provided buyers with insight into the key trends for the 2025 season, with mass market longevity for up to five years ahead, including specific examples in terms of themes, colours and materials on display in the Trends Showcase.
