he stars aligned for us once again for this year’s BMJ Industry Awards – no train strikes, no dramatic, last-minute events, and only a September downpour to contend with. The event gathered the stars of the industry together to celebrate and reward the talent, commitment and general all-round brilliance of all the people, brands and businesses in this industry. As always, we have very high expectations, and this year did not disappoint. I am so pleased that we finally managed to get our dates aligned so that Mark Durden-Smith could fit us into his schedule. He was fabulous, and I am really looking forward to seeing him again in Barcelona in June. Huge congratulations to all our winners and finalists highlighted in this special supplement. You really are the best of the best industry.
