Aqualisa has extended its AQ mixer shower collection with the addition of three new models in a sleek matt black finish. The AQ Matt Black showers are available in a choice of round or square dual outlet shower column, or a round bar valve option with adjustable handset.

With handle-less drawers and doors, the fluted ALIGN range comes in three matt lacquered finishes; Matt Willow Green, Matt Mineral Grey and Matt Cotton. It comprises basin units and a tall unit. One- drawered basin units are available in a choice of two widths (600mm or 800mm) with the option for a sit-in white ceramic basin or colour-matched worktop and choice of washbowl.

11.RADMAG makes radiator protection more attractive

RADMAG is a simple and proven straightforward and inexpensive way of installing magnetic protection in a heating system with a minimum of tools and without breaking into existing pipework. It’s designed in the UK and available through merchants supported by Navigator MSL.
Fitted in minutes into most towel rail type radiators, it’s an unobtrusive unit containing a high-powered magnet array that can be extended to optimise the ferrite capture area for magnetic metal debris circulating in the heating system. This can be removed periodically for inspection – typically every year when the boiler is serviced – wiped clean and re-inserted to continue the removal of harmful ferrous particles in the system.

Hydro International unveiled its expanded Stormbloc® Optimum range, incorporating a new lighter version of the popular stormwater storage system to give designers even more options.
Developed by REHAU, the new Stormbloc® provides a lightweight option alongside the heavy-duty Stormbloc® Extra to bolster the range and offer a complete, resilient geocellular storage system, providing underground storage and infiltration of surface water runoff to help prevent flooding as part of Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS). The new block represents a cost- effective option, particularly suitable for landscaped or light traffic areas.

Stelrad has launched its first range of electric radiators – the Electric Series. Available in both steel and aluminium, the new Electric Series range will be available through merchants from September 2023. The range will include a dozen or so different models with a number of sizes of each model available, with standard radiators for any room along with a selection of towel rails specifically targeted at bathrooms and en-suites. Amongst the features will be the ‘Open window’ function that enables the appliance to automatically detect when a window is opened near the towel warmer and to switch to ‘anti-freeze’ mode to prevent unnecessary heating and to avoid wasting energy. Similarly, it can detect when the window is closed and restore the operating conditions set previously. The appliance comes on automatically at ambient temperatures below 7°.
