ounterAct Software Solutions is supplied to timber, roofing, plumbing, ironmongers and builders merchants throughout the UK. The software, developed by Border Merchant Systems has had a number of improvements to its document management options added


in the latest release. CounterAct now has the facility to add and link documents for viewing in customer orders, directs, customer details, quotations, purchase orders and returns to suppliers.


In addition to being able to archive returns to suppliers, supplier delivery notes can also be


scanned and stored against purchase orders. All these are included at standard in the core CounterAct system, however Border hopes these improvements will help customers to securely store key information and cut down
