Horwood strengthens its OEM operation with appointment e
orwood has announced the appointment of Steve Pegler to lead the
development of its growing OEM Cookware business. Mr Pegler joins the company with extensive experience across the housewares sector, having previously held key roles at Dayes and DKB. In his new position, he will work closely with the Horwood teams in both the UK and India to drive product innovation, sales and visibility for the brand’s expanding OEM division.

Blanchard’s and Malletts Home Hardware share top prize in Cookshop Window Dressing Competition

lanchard’s Home Hardware in Bideford and Malletts Home Hardware in Truro have been named joint winners of this year’s Home Hardware Cookshop Window Dressing Competition, each taking home £100 in M&S vouchers. Abbotts DIY in Ottery St Mary was awarded the Runner-Up prize. The annual competition, designed to support the Home Hardware Cookshop Catalogue, encourages retailers to create eye-catching and creative window displays to inspire customers and showcase cookshop products.
An independent judging panel assessed all entries, with organisers
praising the exceptionally high standard across the board. Home Hardware said it was “delighted” with the level of participation and thanked all members who took part.
Dinghams reopens in Salisbury

fter eight months of closure, much-loved Salisbury retailer Dinghams has reopened its doors, just in time for the festive season.
The independent homeware store, which had been placed on the
