Y
ou may have noticed over the last few years that ACR news has evolved, in some ways very obviously and in others more
behind the scenes. Some of the work we’ve done
has been focused on the magazine, some online around
www.acr-news.com, some focused on the ACR News Awards and some developing HVACR Live. None of this is going to stop, but now we’re asking, what would you like to see? More techn ical articles has already been suggested and we’ve kicked that off with Tech Tal
with Tech Talk on page 24.
Henry Ford is credited with saying: “If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses,” and it’s true that giving customers what they want is not always the best idea.
But every good business has to ask its customers what they want otherwise how will it know what direction to go in? The real trick then is to work out from there how to give the customers what they need – faster horses? Or just to go faster.
So tell us what you want, more of something we’re already doing? Or perhaps something we don ’t do at all. Drop me a line an d we’ll take it from there,
