Hoover expands its vacuum range with three new additions

H

oover has launched three new vacuums, including an innovative

space-saving cordless stick and an ultra- quiet bagged cylinder. Perfect for households

that are tight on space or as secondary cleaner the first vacuum is an impressive piece of kit. The lightweight H-FREE 500 can be easily and effortlessly stored away, taking up much less space than a traditional vacuum with a storage mode of just 69cm in height; making it perfect for smaller homes and city living. While compact in size, the latest vacuum from

Hoover still packs plenty of punch with a powerful performance thanks to its brushless motor and turbo boost mode. As good as corded vacuum when picking up dust from carpets and hard floors, the H-FREE 500 has a run time of up to 40 minutes per charge. The H-FREE 500 can also be used for smaller jobs including the car through the handheld mode. At just 1.7KG, it is Hoover’s lightest ever cordless stick vacuum. The second new vacuum to join the family is perfect for households with young families or pets, the Telios Extra has a noise level rating of just 64 dBA, which is lower than a typical conversation between two adults and 12 times quieter than the average sound level (75 dBA) of the top 10 sellers in cylinders in the UK. Completing the new line up,

Hoover, has launched the UK’s ultimate cleaning gadget; a three-

in-one vacuum that makes day-to-day cleaning a breeze. The Hoover H-LIFT 700 features three ways to clean - upright, lift out and motorised stick – it offers a total cleaning solution. The multi-cyclonic H-LIFT 700 boasts H13 HEPA filtration which captures at least 99.97% of all particles in the air. For those tackling cleaning jobs above- floor, the vacuum comes with a range of handy tools stored on-board including 2 in 1 dusting brush & crevice tool, long crevice tool & extension tube for long reach & a mini turbo pets’ tool.

Cancel out the commotion with Sony’s new WI-1000XM2 neckband headphones

S

ony has introduced its WI-1000XM2 headphones, teaming industry-leading noise cancellation and

superior sound quality together into one niſty neckband. The WI-1000XM2’s stable fitting structure with an angled

earphone design helps prevent ambient noise from entering the ear while the Dual Noise Sensor technology catches any noise. Sony’s HD Noise Cancelling Processor QN1 then cancels the sound, resulting in an improved noise suppression level. Even aircraft

cabin ambient noise is effectively cancelled thanks to the Atmospheric Pressure Optimising function. Despite their compact size, the neckband buds include a HD Hybrid Driver System which contains a 9mm dynamic driver and Balanced Armature driver. This creates stunning and wide range frequencies by reproducing clear sound from deep bass to delicate high tones. The built-in HD Noise Cancelling Processor QN1 features 32-bit Audio Signal Processing, high quality Digital to Analogue conversion and a headphone amplifier. This ensures a high signal-to-noise ratio, with a low level of distortion, for music play back with superior quality. Digital Sound Enhancement Engine HX (DSEE HX™) upscales compressed digital music files including MP3 formats, to bring you closer to the quality of High-Resolution Audio. According to the company, the WI-1000XM2 also offers improved comfort with a silicone

neckband for flexible fitting and a lighter weight. The earbuds fit deeply in the ear thanks to the angled earphone design, so you can listen all day in comfort.
