Forum Lighting Solutions strengthens leadership team

upplier of lighting and smart controls Forum Lighting Solutions is strengthening the senior team with the promotion of Steve Kaye to marketing director, following two successful years with the business.
Since joining in August 2024, Steve has played a key role in shaping the company’s marketing strategy. He is now stepping into the senior position with a clear focus of building on the foundations and driving the brand forwards, while staying true to what makes Forum stand out. Commenting on his promotion, Steve said: “I’m absolutely delighted to be taking on this new role. Forum has always stood for great customer service, quality products and a genuine wealth of experience across a product range that’s well respected in the industry. What makes us diff erent, though, is our culture - we’ve kept that family feel and personality as we’ve grown, and that’s something I’m determined to protect and build on as we move into the future. Circular Lighting Live 2026 highlights sustainability in lighting

Taking place on 8 October in London, the event will explore the practical steps the lighting industry needs to take to accelerate the transition towards a circular economy. The
programme includes keynote presentations, panel discussions, case studies and interactive sessions covering topics such as product design, remanufacturing, reuse, recycling, carbon literacy and the latest policy and standards developments.
