Product News ESP expands its HDView CCTV portfolio

ESP has strengthened its security offering with the launch of its new HDView IP 24/7 camera range.

T

he new range delivers full- colour imaging around the clock and gives electrical contractors a feature-rich solution for commercial environments where reliability and clarity are critical.

As businesses continue to invest in improved site protection, ESP’s latest additions provide a reliable, high- performance option for upgrading existing systems or implementing new installations across retail units, offices and warehouses. The new cameras - available in 4MP and 8MP resolutions - combine intelligent lighting, smart detection and flexible installation options to meet the demands of modern commercial security strategies.

Full-colour clarity, day and night: The HDView IP 24/7 cameras use a

combination of intelligent infrared and white light illumination to deliver full-colour images 24 hours a day, even in low-light environments. This enhanced visibility helps improve identification and situational awareness - essential for premises with extended operating hours, high footfall or valuable stock. Smart detection for reduced false alarms: To support more accurate monitoring, the cameras incorporate cross-line detection and other intelligent analytics designed to minimise false activations. For commercial sites this reduces nuisance alerts, improves operational efficiency and supports facilities teams in maintaining dependable, proactive surveillance.

Flexible options for installers: The new range offers a choice of bullet

and turret housings, available in black or white finishes, giving contractors the flexibility to match different building styles and installation requirements. All models support PoE or 12V DC power, and are fully compatible with ESP’s HDView IP 24/7 NVRs, ensuring seamless integration across the system.

Designed for modern commercial

security: With businesses increasingly seeking robust, scalable and easy- to-manage CCTV systems, ESP’s new HDView IP 24/7 cameras offer a strong blend of performance, reliability and simplicity. The range provides contractors with a dependable, higher-spec solution that meets the expectations of commercial clients. https://espuk.com/

Ovia’s Infinity COB LED Strip

for seamless lighting The Infinity COB LED Strip, from Ovia is designed to deliver smooth, dotless illumination for residential and commercial applications.

C

reated to meet growing demand for discreet architectural lighting, the strip provides consistent light output and clean visual lines, making it ideal for kitchens, living areas and refined commercial environments. Seamless COB technology: Using Chip on Board (COB) technology, LED diodes are mounted directly onto a printed circuit board and coated with a phosphor layer that acts as a built-in diffuser. This construction produces continuous, uniform light without the visible spotting common in traditional LED strips, resulting in a clean, continuous lighting effect. Standard and Pro Series options: The Infinity range includes Standard and Pro Series options to suit different project requirements. The Standard range delivers an average light output of 100 lumens per watt and is available in 8W and 12W

Two ingress protection ratings are available: IP20 for standard indoor applications, and IP67 for installations where protection from moisture or dust is required. Each strip is supplied with a 1M starter lead and 3M adhesive backing tape to support straightforward installation.

Advanced control options: The Infinity COB Strip supports remote controls, wall panels, RF receivers and Zigbee connectivity. Smart features include synchronisation across multiple units and RF signal broadcasting within a 30m range. The strip also integrates with Scolmore’s Click Smart+
