Congratulations to our 2019 Electrical Wholesaler Awards winners!
I
t was a dazzling ceremony on May 9th, and what an honour to welcome all of our finalists, winners, and sponsors to the Tower Hotel in London. It was
wonderful to be able to meet and talk to so many of you at last, and be part of an event that truly does celebrate the innovation and dedication in our industry. Firstly, we’d like to extend the deepest
gratitude to our sponsors; Aico, B.E.G. C.E.D Electrical Group, Scolmore Group and Selectric, whose support is integral to the operation of the awards. Secondly, and of course, congratulations to all of our winners – both wholesalers and manufacturers, and equal congratulations to our highly commended and finalists. It is a massive achievement to be recognised, particularly as your customers are involved in the voting! Each vote is an endorsement, and a positive reflection of the impact your company, products and customer service have made in the real lives and careers of your customers. Winning an award extends far beyond the night itself. With an EW award, you’ll be able to share with your customers that your business is award-winning, credentialed and recognised

within the industry. It’s a morale booster for your team, and a benchmark for quality moving forward. Additionally, they do look rather pretty in a cabinet or on a mantle. Next year, the event will be in its seventh year, and I hope to see even more manufacturers and wholesalers on board; new names, familiar faces and anyone with a passion for customer service. It’s easier than ever to enter with our online forms, so when the voting opens for our 2020 event, don’t hesitate! The difference between the winners, highly commended and finalists can truly be whisper-thin. Once again, the team at Electrical Wholesaler magazine would like to thank everyone for their contribution towards a night that celebrated the best in us all.
