new finish giving all the protection previously offered by Class 4 galvanised. Arthur Rudge, Managing Director at

Metpro, said of Rapid Saddle: “When the concept for Rapid Saddle was pitched I thought it was a great idea, but once I saw both the final proposed drawing and prototype we had developed, I knew we had something really special. This product was designed for end-users and in a market where safety is now critical, we were able to bring this benefit to Rapid Saddle along with many others that are so important today.”

The Finishes Excited by the potential of Rapid Saddle and having received extremely positive feedback from both customers and end-users alike, Metpro decided to jump in with both feet and offer their latest innovation in finishes for all environments; BZP for internal use, Stainless Steel for specialist/hygienic environments and Delta Protekt 120 for external use. Rapid Saddle has also led to

the creation of a brand new initiative at the company, Metpro Innovations. Offering a platform for anyone with a product idea, Metpro’s Innovations programme has been set up to work with industry professionals who are looking for a way to get their idea manufactured and introduced to the market.

Additional finishes are currently being developed for Rapid Saddle with fire-resistant white and black versions expected to be on the shelves within the coming months.

The Future Bringing Rapid Saddle to life has been an enjoyable challenge for Metpro and one that has encouraged the team to look into other potential areas for improvement in its continually growing catalogue, with several new projects currently underway.
