he end of February will see the 16th embedded world exhibition & conference return to the Nuremberg’s Exhibition Centre where the embedded community will gather to network. This year’s theme for the embedded world conference is “Embedded Goes Autonomous”, reflecting one of the current key issues in the sector with the capabilities of processors growing so much that new technologies like machine learning and AI are close to being applied. The electronic displays conference will explore current topics such as OLEDs and touch technology.
The embedded world exhibition & conference 2017 broke new records
after three action-packed days of trade fair and congress. The display area was up by another eight per cent. The 1,016 exhibiting companies from 40 countries represents a milestone, while more than 30,000 trade visitors underscore the event’s role as the number one gathering for the industry. With another record breaking year predicted, the 2018 show is expected to be the best one yet. Highlights of this year’s show include keynotes on display trends and OLEDs, three sessions on automotive displays and other high-calibre sessions
