A

s autumn evolves with changing colours and cooler temperatures here in the UK and Europe. It is a good time to reflect on a long summer as we move into the final

quarter of the year. Meanwhile, in other regions of the world, the heat is building, metaphorically too, as it is back to work with gusto and time to return to school. Amongst the plethora of change, I am sensing a real surge

of energy and determination. There is much to reflect on in this issue. We hope you will provide feedback on your observations about what is happening in your country or region in a rapidly changing world. Here at Relocate, like many of you, we have spent considerable

time on strategy over the past couple of months. In this issue, we share a range of reports and surveys that take the temperature on global mobility, the corporate housing sector, global leadership challenges and international education. Discover what is happening in the global mobility arena as Marianne Curphey explores trends and findings from suppliers. She also reveals the latest developments in the short-term rental sector, where technology platforms are bridging global mobility and business traveller needs (see pages 6 and 20). To help you steer your course as you plan for 2026, we

share Dr Sue Shortland’s two-part examination on Assessing assignee performance, Part 1 & Part 2, a big topic at the crux of global mobility. Download our Mini Factsheets with 10 new titles just released.

Ideal for bringing your stakeholders up to speed on the complexities of managing a global workforce. As the new academic year is in full swing, catch up with
