for you both and a rose for the ladies, before choosing from dishes including chicken and pistachio terrine with apricot and rosemary chutney trio of seasonal melon with mint and vanilla syrup and lemon sorbet, fillet of sea bass with crushed new potatoes, roasted Mediterranean vegetables and vine tomatoes, pan-fried chicken breast wrapped in Parma ham with rosemary mash and fricassee of wild mushrooms, home-made sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream and local cheese platter with fruit loaf, chutney and olives.
