assault A MAN previ­ ously convicted o f , exposing himself- in Clitheroe has been jailed for assaulting a 14- year-old girl. Preston Crown


Court heard that Russel Dalton (35) lured the girl into his home and then sexually assaulted her. Dalton, now of


no fixed address, admitted a sexual assault and caus­ ing the girl to engage in sexual activity without consent. Mr Dennis
