Responsible fo r the day-to-day running o f the licensing project, you wjJL- be able to work both within a team and on your own initiative and be - confident in making decisions. You will provide high-level support to the Project Officer, including monitoring and reviewing the scheme, meeting with landlords,-strategy and policy development, and


, responsible fo r processing licence applications. In addition, you will have supervisory responsibility fo r the Project Support Assistant, ensuring targets are met and staff feel valued. Experience o f data and information analysis, report-writing and IT systems is essential, as is an ability to communicate effectively with people including landlords, tenants and residents. Ideally,' although not essential, you will have experience o f working in private sector housing.
