Andrew came to Burnley College after comjfleclng his Sixth Form studies In Gloucestershire, He spent a gap year travelling In America before returning to education. He decided to study at Burnley College School of Furniture thanks to Its excellent reputation.


Andrew lias now completed the second year of Ills HND In Furniture Design and Make at the College, He Is planning to 'top-up1 his qualifications to full degree level at. the College's partner university the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan), starting in September, His ultimate goal is to set up Ills own furniture workshop making bespoke pieces lor Ills clients,

David first enrolled on a part-time City and Guilds Cabinet Making course at Burnley College for personal Interest. After studying part-time David realised that lie wanted to change his career and decided to shut down his Engineering business which lie had run for eighteen years.


David enrolled on the full-time HND In Furniture and Cabinet Making at Burnley College. He has recently completed the second year ol his course and has set up Ills own furniture design business making bespoke furniuire pieces.
