and Eileen George, of Windsor Close in Read, is a spe cialist counsellor for an NHS eating disorder service in Merseyside. The bridegroom, who is the son of Mrs Eileen O’Sulli
van, of Co. Kerry in Ireland, and the late Mr Christy O’Sullivan, is a transport manager. Given away by her father, the

basque complemented by a diamond white tulle full skirt. She carried a bouquet of stargazer lilies
and hot pink gerbera. Dame of honour was Deborah Halstead
and the seven bridesmaids were Jessica Findlay, Becky Leach, Leah Howell, Nicola Wolstencroft, Rebecca Pepper, Shannan Pepper and Justine Smith. They wore hot pink basques with satin skirts and carried matching bags while the dama

A SPECTACULAR family bonfire and fireworks display will be held in Clitheroe Cas- tie’s grounds on Saturday. The annual event, which has

once again been sponsored by Castle Cement, will kick-off with the lighting of the bonfire at 6-30 p.m. Matthew Young (eight), son
of Gary Young, the operations manager at Castle Cement, will start the proceedings by lighting the bonfire. His younger brother, Joseph (six), will press the but ton to launch the first rocket of the fireworks display. Both are pupils at Oakhill College, Whal- ley.
The fireworks display will be provided by Millennium
CLITHEROE LIONS CLUB invite you to
Pyrotechnics. Other attractions include a large hog roast, hot dog and burger stall and a stall sell ing hot and cold drinks. Local primary schools, and
Beaver and Rainbow groups are being invited to make guys to top the bonfire. A £100 prize will be presented to the school pro ducing the best guy. Entries are welcome right up to 10-30 a.m. on the day.
