Camp celebrates Scouting; changes


THE weekend saw the largest co-educational gathering of young people in Lancashire since before last year's foot and mouth epi-^ demic.

descended on Waddecar Scout Campsite, near Chipping, to take part in “County R a l ly ’’, a camp and activities weekend to celebrate the great new changes hap­ pening in Scouting. Scouts voted ' the'
