IT'S December and the whole world is looking forward to a new Millennium, but Whalley is


once again stepping back into the past. Local people are being TT>11 , £__„


invited to join the fun at V l l l3 /g e S IGStlVG Mr Pickwick's P a r ty Night on Thursday and get into the spirit of the past as they soak up the sounds and sights of a Victorian Christmas. The village shops will
