O A VOCAL voyage across the Irish Sea is in store for visitors to Longridge Library on Monday night. The "Ring of Kerry" is the destination which will be


under discussion by guest speaker Mr Cliff Astin. He will be presenting a talk and slide show about the Irish loca-


tion. The topic being talked about is one of Ireland's tourist


treasures, boasting a famous scenic circuit which stretch­


es for more than 100 miles. As well as taking in beautiful sandy bays, hills and


mountains, Mr Astin's presentation will feature towns, and various archaeological features, as well as flora, fauna


and peacefulness. The event is due to start at 7-30 p.m. and admission is

its only date in the North-West. In his acerbic new offering, the writer turns the spotlight on


modern living, bringing together half a dozen people with their own individual cocktails of love, honour, happiness, sex and


money. The characters central to the plot are urban legend Nick, a
