UBTEX is expanding its range of electric multi-directional sideloaders with two new models: the MSL 50 and the MAXX 50. Both trucks are designed to meet the specific requirements of timber merchants, sawmills, and prefabricated house builders, offering tailor-made solutions for the efficient transport of long and heavy loads
MSL 50: robust outdoor upgrade With the new MSL 50, the HUBTEX product line has received a dedicated outdoor upgrade. The electric multi-directional sideloader, with a load capacity of 5 tonnes, features a newly developed SL cabin (sideloader cabin) and is optimised for longer transport distances outdoors. The ergonomic seating position in the direction of travel reduces strain on the driver, ensuring maximum comfort – particularly over long distances. Thanks to the low-set front window, the route remains in view at all times, while the generous side window provides an optimal view of the load. The MSL 50 is particularly suitable for companies with large outdoor areas, such as timber merchants or sawmills.
MAXX 50: 5-tonne model for demanding applications The MAXX series has been expanded with the addition of the new MAXX 50. This powerful 5-tonne model is designed for combined indoor and outdoor use, making it suitable for narrow warehouse aisles as well as for loading and unloading trucks outside. The MAXX 50 includes an ergonomic cabin, a lift mast precisely tailored to the load capacity, and the optionally available 360° HX steering. With a ground clearance of

190mm and a load arm height of 535mm, it strikes the optimum balance between maximum utilisation of storage space and high flexibility outdoors. The powerful 5kW electric motors deliver strong performance – even on inclines.
Order picking solutions for the wood industry Beyond sideloaders, HUBTEX also offers tailor-made order picking solutions designed for the requirements of the wood industry.
The KP series includes multi-directional sideloaders which transform into order picking vehicles with a detachable platform. The MK series is ideal for transporting doors and frames, while the EZK platform with two-mast or scissor lift enables high handling performance and dual-sided rack operation. All models may be equipped with VacumaX vacuum suction technology to move loads safely and minimise material damage.■
