Timber selection is a personal process, and many customers want to see, touch, and choose boards themselves. We make this possible through our bespoke appointment service.
Customers can visit us in West Sussex, where our sales team guides them through our stock and helps select boards and beams by hand. These visits are collaborative conversations, allowing us to understand each project and its requirements. For those unable to visit, our virtual appointments offer live video guidance, enabling customers to handpick timber remotely with the same care and precision. This service has been a game-changer, giving our customers the confidence to begin projects with premium, hand-selected timber, wherever they are.

choose, and arrange delivery anywhere in the country.

• Resawing: Our new service cuts beams to exact requirements, offering flexibility,
reducing waste, and delivering standard, featheredge, or bespoke cuts with precision.
