026 has certainly started fast with the first event already completed – the NI
Pharmacy Show.
It was a brilliant event, with great energy in the exhibition hall. Attendees visited 50 exhibition stands, heard some really insightful panel discussions and went back to their pharmacies full of ideas and goodies! Full coverage on page 36.
Plans are already underway for the next NI Business Brunch – more details to follow soon. We are also looking forward to the Pharmacy in Focus Awards for 2026. Nominations are in and you can read about the Finalists in this edition.

VACCINATION TRAINING
The Spring Covid-19 Vaccination Campaign runs from Monday 20th April to Tuesday 30th June 2026. UCA-NI and Coastal Core Ltd are offering full training and in-person refresher training suitable for: Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Foundation Trainee Pharmacists and other eligible pharmacy staff. Training sessions can be booked online via Coastal Core Ltd.
