n Saturday 26th April, 2025, the Scottish Pharmacist Awards brought together the very best of Scotland’s
pharmacy sector for a glittering evening at the EICC in Edinburgh.
The event celebrated excellence across both community and hospital pharmacy, showcasing the innovation, leadership and resilience that define the profession. A particularly moving moment came as Gail Caldwell was recognised for her outstanding contribution to the sector – a fitting tribute for a pharmacist whose career has shaped the landscape of pharmacy practice across Scotland and who continues to inspire colleagues and future leaders alike. The evening reflected a profession proud of its achievements and united in its commitment to driving forward Scottish Pharmacy.
