At Courtesy Cars Redhill Ltd. (CCR), we prioritise our pas- sengers while driving innovation through technology. Our dedicated crews are out on the road every day, often with very


early starts, ensuring the most vulnerable members of our communities get to schools/colleges/day centres safely. In society, their hard work often goes unnoticed, but it is the foundation of our service.


We believe diversity isn’t just a box to tick - it’s the engine driving our success. Our workforce, which champions women as minibus drivers and supports staff with disabilities, reflects the vibrant community we serve. We are proud to have recruited and trained staff who have disabilities or additional needs, as their attention to detail, care in their day-to-day work and exceptional attendance have been invaluable. This brings together different perspectives, skills and experiences to create a strong, dynamic team.


Since inception, 20+ years ago, our older team members have injected new energy into our work- force, offering valuable experience that ultimately benefits our passengers. Their caring and com- passionate nature makes them particularly sensitive to the needs of parents, especially those with children with disabilities. This understanding is crucial in our line of work, where patience and empathy are essential.


Our dedicated group of staff enables us to transport over 500 students on various routes, proving that diversity and innovation in recruitment are essential for delivering the best experience possible for our amazing students.

Since 2018, we’ve collaborated to create a bespoke system tailored to our needs, featuring apps for drivers, parent and passenger assistants. Our aim is to reduce paper usage, remain compliant in a complicated industry and enhance our services. As a result, we now

operate using H2S Connect, the first-ever home to school transport management system designed specifically for operators, by operators.


Whilst the broader taxi and private hire sector has embraced innovative tech solutions – home to school transport has lagged behind. It’s high time for the home to school sector to catch up and thrive in this digital age!


The apps that our staff use, provide them with easy access to essential information relevant to their roles. With a huge list of functions specifically for regular contracted home to school contracts - this not only enhances overall company efficiency but also keeps parents informed of any changes, allowing them to stay connected and engaged. For instance, if a child isn’t going to school, parents can simply update the app to notify us OR if a driver is absent, the parents’ app notifies them with the replacement driver’s picture and details - no phone calls required and full records kept all whilst remaining fully compliant!


We are dedicated to embracing innovations that enhance our operations and improve the experience for both parents and staff. With advancements in technology, particularly in areas like artificial intelligence, we
