The ETIOCA Ecosystem also includes a full range of services to improve the travel experience for drivers and passengers: electric charging stations (for battery swapping), car wash stations, on-board food and beverage sales, after sales service assistance.
The system is an innovative business model that moves the gears of six integrated and independent sectors: design, industrial pole, services, users app, Fintech and media, representing a solid basis on which the strategic plan that creates economic and financial value is articulated.
In the next few weeks the Road Show will be in Spain to meet taxi drivers from Valencia, Madrid, Marbella and Barcelona again, to meet local and government authorities, last-mile delivery executives, police forces, defence forces and even delivery and post service representatives.
The ETIOCA Road Show - 2023 World Tour is also the occasion to present a new generation of service vehicles built on “Anna”, the platform based on a modular architecture from which Miner was developed, but which allows different configurations of vehicles, not only taxis but also work vehicles (last miles delivery), ambulances, emergency vehicles, security and defence vehicles, to make all forms of road transport sustainable.
The Government of Gibraltar is working alongside ETIOCA Holding, through the Minister of Economic Development, Sir Joe Bossano, who has included the ETIOCA project in the National Economic Devel- opment Plan for the next five years, with a total investment of £500 million. The business model generated by the management of ETIOCA, provides for the centrality of financial services and technologies, to support each specific mobility project.
By the end of 2024, the first 10,000 ETIOCA taxis will be in circulation. Annual production in 2025 will be 45,000 units and will reach 100,000 units annually in 2027. ETIOCA is looking to raise investments of up to US$400 million to kickoff the industrial plan, and to reach US$1.2 billion over the next three years.
There are 90,000 pre-orders under discussion in Italy, Spain, Israel and Latvia. To speed up production times an agreement with an Italian partner for the use of a production plant is in an advanced stage of negotiation.

Mr Fiorello added: “The ETIOCA ecosystem has a very high value of sustainability and financial ethics. Our business model will offer a wide range of services and vehicles that will guide the global electric transition we are experiencing. The management of ETIOCA is ready to meet with private and institutional investors to define a privileged agreement before the M&A with the existing SPAC listed on the Nasdaq market by the end of the year”.
Finally, at the Road Show, Mr Ishakov informed the Spanish institutions and the financial community about a charity project linked to ETIOCA Miner. He explained: “We are pursuing a charity project to support children around the world who live in disadvantaged conditions. The programme envisages that per each vehicle (1 taxi - 1 child) put on the road, an amount capable of supporting and educating a child in need, will be allocated monthly from zero to 18 years old.
Supporting will mean guaranteeing him growth and a good upbringing and education. We are working with the Israeli Keren Hayesod Foundation (engaged in assistance and fundraising projects for 102 years) and with other recognised charities throughout the world. The effect of our actions will be visible in the long run, as we will have future adults raised in equal and healthy environments. The newborns will not be affected by the typical conflict arising from the differences between generations that we have witnessed to date. ETIOCA intends to represent an important milestone towards a cleaner and more aware future for the next generations”.
