Yes, Hamza Javaid, CEO of Support Solutions Hub Pvt Ltd, hosted an event in Lahore, Pak- istan to celebrate three years of success and to inaugurate a newly designed state-of-the- art taxi industry call centre. Arnie Singh, Barry
Denton, Rachel Dale, Liam Brewster, Harriet Denton, Elyssia Dale, Pungy Malik, Zaff Iqbal, Bash Hussain, Nad Hussain, Iffty Younas and Imran Khan were amongst the guests who graced the event from the UK. SSH is a company serving the UK taxi industry by filing a gap in the market. Opening doors to further opportunities for both its customers and employees equally, SSH is recog- nised as one of the most knowledgeable and informed third party call centres internationally. The trip was spread across seven days for some- with dinners, meeting the team, business discussions, a musical evening and finally the 12th March 2022 marked the celebration of success with inauguration of the new premises.

Arnie Singh, Managing Director of City Taxis, said: “I just want to say thank you! It’s been a tough couple of years for us as Covid has hit our business really hard. What a wonderful event this is and we are pleased to be here. “I never thought that I would be here as this was never in the road map. I’ll tell you a story; three years ago we went to visit City Taxis in Sheffield and stayed in a hotel then booked a taxi to the office for the morning meeting. “When we arrived at the office, we couldn’t understand what had happened as there were only a couple of people there, so who booked our taxi? Liam said it was somebody in Lahore, Pakistan. We said absolutely no way, didn’t sound like it and it couldn’t be. The next day we did the same, we booked a taxi and Liam showed it was again somebody in Pakistan. That changed my life. Barry decided to give SSH a go and to me this was the best thing that has happened. To outsource the call centre saved me all those problems and worries, so we wouldn’t look back.” Liam Brewster, Quality and Efficiencies Manager at City Taxis: “Thank you for the invite, it’s an absolute honour to be here.
