“Having access to certified integrators plus native accounting turns PowerBroker into a one- stop shop. We use a lot of ancillary vendors, but we’re able to access those vendors through PowerBroker. For example, when using digital freight matching providers, we can view the data within PowerBroker. We don’t have to go outside to other web pages. Having the accounting piece be native to the software is huge. This is not the case with many other TMS providers. We don’t have to house a separate accounting system and transfer data into it from McLeod because it’s all there and everyone’s working out of the same system.”

FlowLogix helps us automate business processes
“FlowLogix is a great product. We have dozens of FlowLogix solutions running at all times. Many of them are accounting related. Some of them are customer requirements related. This is part of our customer service. Customers frequently have specialized requirements and we’re able to develop FlowLogix solutions that say, ‘For this customer, when this happens, take these actions.’ This reduces the amount of manual attention we have to give to it, because the system is already handling it. We use some FlowLogix for some carrier requirements too. We take care of our customers and our carriers. Customers are first and carriers are right behind. We take a lot of pride in giving our customers and carriers number one satisfaction.”
McLeod training has been a boost
“McLeod has helped us with training of all sorts. We’ve sent groups of people to get super- user training on FlowLogix and other tools. Our IT staff and our apps department have received special training on getting the most out of McLeod. One result is that we’re getting better and better on trouble-shooting problems ourselves. McLeod’s guidance has expanded the range of what we can do. It’s been very helpful.”
