You can view work orders, track existing support requests, create new support requests, as well as add comments and attachments without sending a separate email.


Just added! You can now access End of Year and Tax documentation from the Resources section of the portal and use the Chatbot to ask questions related to McLeod’s End of Year and Tax processes.

To use the McLeod Customer Portal, you must be either a key user or a main contact for your company.


Sign Up • Go to MyPortal.McLeodSoftware.com


• You will receive an email after your registration is approved.


• After your first login attempt, a second email providing your MFA code will be sent.


• Your MFA code must be regenerated after 90 days.


We encourage you to provide feedback via the link on the Dashboard. McLeod Software will continue to develop and enhance the portal, so your suggestions are vital to this process.
