Matt Silver is the VP of Partnerships and Strategic Alliances at Trucker Tools. Matt came to the freight world after looking for a change from his past in customer service and sales. His “brand x” endeavors in freight include working his way into the executive team of one of the fastest growing freight brokerages, taking a startup from conception to acquired in under a year, as well as restructuring a couple mid-size brokerages to be able to scale consistently. Along the way Matt has found and focused on the importance of building teams and utilizing the right technology so that people can focus on building relationships with partners.

Joyce Siqueira has been in the trucking industry since 2014 when she started with FreightWorks. Learning from the ground up with planning, driver management, safety, recruiting, customer service, maintenance, and accounting, she understands what it really takes to move truckload freight. As VP of Operations, she now oversees an exceptional team that specializes in temp-controlled, hazmat, and chemical freight. Joyce has her B.S. in Engineering Technology from Western Carolina University.

Ellen Voie founded the Women In Trucking Association in March of 2007, and currently serves as the nonprofi t organization's President & CEO. Women In Trucking was formed to promote the employment of women in the trucking industry, remove obstacles that might keep them from succeeding, and to celebrate the successes of its members. Ellen's prior role was Manager of Retention and Recruiting Programs at Schneider, Inc. Her background in the trucking industry began in 1980, when she earned a diploma in Traffi c and Transportation Management while employed as Traffi c Manager for a steel fabricating plant in central Wisconsin.

John Sutton is the Director of Corporate Support for Sunset Transportation (St. Louis, MO). John has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Missouri State University with a lifelong background in Transportation. In his 6 years with the organization, John has been an advocate


In 2010 Matt Ziegler and his partner Jeff McMahon started ZMac Transportation, a logistics provider specializing in the transportation of Flatbed and over dimensional freight. In a short time, ZMac has grown to be one of the largest non-asset-based service providers in the niche’ market of OD freight. ZMac has been named multiple times to the Future 50 fastest growing companies in the Milwaukee area, the Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Companies and Transport Topics Top Freight Brokers list. In 2018, Matt became the majority owner of ZMac by acquiring Jeff ’s shares in an amicable buyout.
