Jerry Kilgore was appointed Vice President of Technology for CRST International in 2016. He has overall responsibility for leading the strategy, vision, and execution of technology initiatives, operations, and people across the entire CRST footprint. Prior to this role, Jerry was an executive in CRST Expedited with responsibility for Customer Service, Inside Sales, and After Hours Operations. Prior to CRST, Jerry worked for Rockwell Collins where he started as a Project Architect and Lead Systems Engineer and went on to hold roles of progressively increasing responsibility in program management leading a portfolio of military technology programs. Prior to Rockwell Collins, Jerry held roles with Northrop Grumman and Raytheon and was an Offi cer in the US Navy. Jerry holds Bachelor and Master Degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of California San Diego.

Chad Manning is the Operations Manager for PS Logistics at their Nashville, TN terminal. Chad has 10 years of operations experience, all within the PS Logistics family. As an Operations Manager, his daily tasks include leading, training, and advising his team on how to handle certain situations, including working with drivers who have questions or concerns and assisting Driver Managers. Chad is also a Load Planner and a Customer Account Manager.

Glen Lowry is a freight and logistics systems consultant, formerly employed by McLeod Software and a 40-year entrepreneur with technology companies Systems ROI, Micron Technology, Linux Networx and Alta Technology and seventeen years with Hewlett Packard Company. Glen is currently CEO and Chief Scientist of an AI manufacturing company and is an author, contributing transportation articles to media outlets.
Shawn McLeod leads Axle Logistics as President, overseeing a team of more than 200 dynamic employees. His vision and dedication to the organization's growth since joining the team in 2016 has driven Axle to win numerous accolades, including Top 60 Brokerage Firms by Transport Topics and Top Workplace for the last 3 consecutive years. Shawn also works intimately with top clients, providing strategic planning and technology integration to some of the industry’s most complex supply chains. With more than 20 years of third-party logistics experience, Shawn has been responsible for the supervision of billion-dollar transportation budgets while developing and managing growth plans for Fortune 500 customers. His understanding of domestic and international supply chains across all modes of service have assisted in guiding the Axle Logistics team forward in rapid growth, securing its place on the Forbes Inc. 5000 list for the last six years.
