John Lyboldt is the President of the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA). Located in Alexandria, Virginia, the TCA is the only association whose sole focus is the truckload segment of the motor carrier industry, representing companies across North America, which collectively operate nearly 210,000 trucks and produce an annual revenue of nearly $38 billion. John joined the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) as President in 2015. His qualifi cations, experience, and education have led to the growth and sustainability of TCA. As a leader, John emphasizes building interpersonal relationships, trust, and respect to fuel innovation and collaboration, making the association relevant for key stakeholders and a respected voice across diverse industry infl uencers.

Anne Reinke joined TIA from the U.S. Department of Transportation (US DOT), where she served both as the Deputy Assistant Secretary-Congressional Aff airs DAS- Intergovernmental Aff airs from April 2019 to October 2020. Prior to her time at US DOT, Anne spent 16 years in the Washington, DC offi ce of CSX Corporation ultimately serving as the Vice President- Government Aff airs, overseeing the Federal, State Government and Community Aff airs Departments. Before joining CSX, she worked at the Association of American Railroads and High Speed Ground Transportation Association. Anne is a Washington, DC native, and graduated from the National Cathedral School. She received a B.A. from Rice University in Houston, TX and a J.D. from the Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston-Salem, NC. She and her husband, Brett, have two sons, and reside in Alexandria, VA.
