Watermark Retirement Communities, one of the nation’s largest and most respected senior housing operators, is now managing The Watermark at Bellevue, bringing its award-winning programs to the commu- nity’s memory care and assisted living ac- commodations. Previously The Holden at Bellevue, the community features 136 stylish suites, chef-prepared cuisine and a location in the heart of downtown Bellevue, close to world-class shopping, restaurants, art galler- ies and medical care. Watermark Retirement Communities will introduce its signature programming to the community, as well as a lifestyle built on choice, fine amenities and integrative wellbeing. Concurrent with this shift in management, construction is being done on a new independent living building adjacent to The Watermark at Bellevue, which will bring 155 Independent Living apartments as well as a slate of engaging ac- tivities to the campus in 2024.
