A topping-off celebration was held for Clar- endale Six Corners, to be managed by LCS, headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa. The community, in Schererville, Ill., offers 258 residential apartments made up of indepen- dent living, assisted living, and memory care residences, including 11 affordable indepen- dent living residences. The joint venture proj- ect includes Ryan Companies US providing asset management services and Harrison Street investment management firm. The project is slated to be complete in fall 2022.
Cleveland-based OnShift has formed a stra- tegic partnership with Viventium®, a SaaS- based human capital management (HCM) solution that specializes in onboarding, pay- roll, human resource information system,
and benefits administration for home care and skilled nursing. OnShift has integrated Viventium’s product offerings with the On- Shift HCM product suite to further meet se- nior living industry needs. In addition, On- Shift reports that it reached several milestone achievements: More than 1 million people are using its HCM solutions, the company has partnered with more than 400 new com- munities during the first half of 2021.
Sagora Senior Living, based in Fort Worth, Texas, has become the operator for the for- mer Embark at Willowbrook Park in Hous- ton. This community has been re-named and re-branded as Elison Independent Living at Willowbrook. The addition of this commu- nity extends Sagora’s operations to 45 multi-
state communities in Texas, Oklahoma, Flor- ida, Alabama, and California.
