With a lot of sizzle and a little smoke, chefs showed their skills at the Culinary Showcase on the Expo floor: a charcuterie board, roasted vegetable tacos, an udon noodle bowl rich with fresh herbs, panna cotta, and more. Professionals got comfortable at the Hives, an Expo space for small-group presentations and discussions on timely topics such as sales and marketing, nursing burnout, and public policy.
