JEA NAME CHANGE REFLECTS NEW SERVICE OFFERINGS


JEA Senior Living, based in Tumwater, Wash., has changed its name to Sinceri Senior Living. The company plans to expand its offerings to assisted and independent living to provide its residents a more holistic continuum of care.


The company says the new name “reflects the sincere and familial culture cultivated by its innovative programming and dedicated staff.”


Brightview Senior Living, based in Baltimore, has opened its 45th community: Brightview Columbia, in Columbia, Md. It offers 91 independent living, 53 assisted living, and 26 memory care residences in its Wellspring Village neighborhood; studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments are available, featuring balconies, granite counters, and natural light. Commu- nity amenities include a pub, salon, art studio, and fitness studio. Brightview restored and revitalized an historic home and park on the property, Athol Manor and Manor Park, as a gift to the county’s community foundation.

Baltimore-based Arena Analytics reported several new customer agreements for 2021. Its newest post-acute customers include The Arbor Company, The Asbury Communities, HCF Management, Heritage Senior Living, and Senior Living Communities. These multi-year agreements represent a signifi- cant expansion of Arena’s footprint to nearly 1,500 communities across the United States.


Guardian Pharmacy, based in Atlanta, has announced the relocation of Guardian Phar- macy of Southwest Florida’s headquarters to a new 10,000-square foot building in Punta Gorda. It is approximately double the Guardian Southwest Florida’s former loca- tion. Guardian plans to add 10 employees to the location and has also invested in new

Developer Hunt Midwest has broken ground on an assisted living and memory care community in Loveland, Colo., which is to be managed by Integral Senior Living, based in Carlsbad, Calif. The Capstone at Centerra will offer 102 residences with stu- dios and one- and two-bedroom floor plans and Integral signature programs for dining and memory care.
