Clearwater at Riverpark, a luxury indepen- dent senior living community in Oxnard, Calif., was named a Showcase Community by Sodexo, the global food service manage- ment company.
Atrium Village, a living community in Ow- ings Mills, Md., announced completion of a $13 million renovation. The community is managed by Senior Lifestyle.
Juniper Communities announced the addi- tion of Juniper Village at Spring Creek to its portfolio of managed and owned senior living communities. Located in Plano, Texas, the community provides assisted living and memory care services to its residents.
Integral Senior Living (ISL) has assumed management of two senior living commu- nities: Cedar Creek in Madera, Calif., and Lotus Park in West Haven, Utah. Nashville, Tenn.-based health care real estate compa- ny Griffin-American Healthcare REIT III, Inc., will retain ownership of the communities.
Commonwealth Senior Living announced their 20th anniversary. The company op- erates 33 independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities in Md., Pa., Tenn., and Va.
Silverado Lee’s Summit (formerly Willow Creek Memory Care) in Mo., and Silverado Overland Park (formerly Forest Creek Mem- ory Care) in Kan., joined 24 other Silver- ado communities spread across California, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, Texas, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.
Lument recently closed a $24.5 million bridge loan to refinance construction debt for an assisted living and memory care com- munity in Charleston, S.C. The company also announced the closing of an $18.9 million U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)/Federal Hous- ing Administration (FHA) Sec. 223(a)(7) refinance for The Guilford House, a 96-bed assisted living and skilled nursing facility in Guilford, Conn.

Cadence Living announced the opening of Cadence Chandler, a 191-unit modern aging community offering independent living, assisted living and memory care residential options in Chandler, Ariz. Cadence Chandler is the fruition of a partnership between Cadence Living, Harbert Management Group and Global Senior Housing.
