EXECUTIVE ROUND TABLES


Prior to the conference, discussions took place at executive round tables that provided an opportunity for dialogue about the state of the industry. Topics included sales and marketing, dining services, memory care, human resources, operations, clinical care, and finance.


PUBLIC POLICY ADDRESS – GETTING YOUR VOICE HEARD


As the most influential voice for the senior living industry to lawmakers, the Argentum Policy team delivered an update on advocacy efforts. Recent effort have included representing the industry on programs that include the Provider Relief Fund, Paycheck Protection Program, and Employee Retention Tax credits. Staff was on hand throughout the event to meet with attendees and answer questions.
