Less than one year after the 2021 conference, senior living professionals met again to share thoughts, ideas and experiences. The three-day event kicked off with the Women in Leadership Summit, executive round tables and an inspiring opening session and Hero Award presentation. These were followed by motivational keynotes, a broad selection of educational tracks, and conversations among industry leaders and service providers. The 2,000 senior living leaders who gathered were focused on what matters most – improving and bettering senior living communities and the lives of the residents we serve.
