1 Den-building
accessories Outdoor den-building is a fun activity that benefits children of all ages, from nurturing physical development to encouraging problem-solving skills. Children love the chance to think creatively, and to explore ways to make ideas a reality. Building together enhances listening and reasoning skills and can turn children into excellent communicators. If a full, lush forest isn’t at your disposal, you can buy den covers, tarpaulins, hammocks and blankets, while accessories such as rope swings and ladders will spark imaginations. Complete den-building kits are also available, aimed at groups of all sizes.

pta.co.uk 2 Outdoor bio
classroom Add a new dimension to outdoor learning with a climate-controlled biodome. Biodomes can be used in a variety of ways to create an outdoor classroom that will engage students in environmental and STEM topics. Use it to create a self-sufficient eco-system that replicates the natural outdoor environment and let pupils discover what grows in the Arctic, arid deserts or the Amazon jungle. Grow healthier, more resilient fruit, flowers and vegetables and create a beautiful, sustainable outdoor area to enjoy all year round. How would you use the space? An outdoor art room, science lab or an arboretum for budding botanists?
