Many companies throughout the UK offer employees the chance to boost their fundraising efforts by ‘matching’ the money they raise. Reach out to your working parents with our match funding letter template and your PTA could double its income. Fill in your PTA’s logo and contact details and distribute via book bags.
Silent auction bidding sheet

In a silent auction, bids are written on a piece of paper, rather than called out by an auctioneer. It works well for PTAs because bidders don’t all need to be in the same place at the same time. To boost profits at your event, display the prizes on a table with a clipboard full of our bidding sheets and let the bids roll in.

Sponsored fundraisers can be relatively easy to organise as they don’t necessarily require you to hold an actual event and recruit volunteers. Half the work is done once you’ve handed out a sponsorship form – which is easy if you use our downloadable sponsorship form. You can also use it to claim Gift Aid.
100 square grid

Need a last-minute stall idea? A sheet of A3 paper and a printer are all that’s required to get our 100-square grid up and running. It’s a simple way to increase profits and requires very little organisation. Charge a fixed amount per square, and the winner receives a percentage of the takings. Stalls don’t get much simpler than this.
