Cycling Scotland – Cycling Friendly Grant value: Up to £4,000 Details: The Cycling Friendly Secondary School Fund is available to schools in Scotland to help increase the levels of cycling among pupils. Funding is available for fleets of bikes for school use, bike equipment and training. In conjunction with this funding, Cycling Scotland also has a pilot scheme available in 2021/22 offering up to £10,000 to cycling-friendly schools that require bikes for young people, aged 11-17, who do not have one for personal use. Schools are invited to apply for funding towards equipment packages which will encourage more people to get involved in cycling. The funded equipment cannot be used solely for curricular activities but instead must have a wider community benefit or recreational use. Food For Life – Get Togethers

Small grants are available for not-for-profit organisations, including schools, to assist with food-based community projects that help bring people together. The spring round of funding will focus on initiatives linked to Plant and Share month, which is due to take place in April/May 2022. Magic Breakfast

Magic Breakfast aims to provide a nutritious breakfast to every child who needs one, as well as offering expert support to schools. Schools across the UK can apply if they meet the funder’s criteria.
