Oswaldtwistle-based Barcode Logistics has unveiled new-look livery for its latest vehicle. The van was purchased from Ciceley Commercials in Blackburn, and the wrap was designed by Carl Wagstaff at Brands Inside Out in Oswaldtwistle and applied by Grafx in Clitheroe. Barcode has also been announced as the official logistics partner of Blackburn Rovers for the 2023-24 season.
Carnforth-based tower design, fabrication and installation specialist LARS Communications has provided a full turnkey service for the installation of a 12.5m tower on the Isle of White. The project was carried out in conjunction with Royal Haskoning on behalf of the UK’s Maritime and Coastguard Agency. Due to severely limited access at the site, the tower was manufactured in 3m sections and built using a lifting derrick rather than a crane.
The commercial team at Forbes Solicitors, which has offices across Lancashire, Leeds and Manchester, has reported 45 per cent growth in revenues for its most recent financial year, ending 30 April 2023. Two new jobs were created to serve the growing demand for its specialist commercial and intellectual property services.
