FROM FUNDED TRAINING TO FREE RECRUITMENT SUPPORT
Learn how to build a more resilient business over 12 weeks.
The University of Central Lancashire is happy to offer the Help to Grow: Management Course. This 90 per cent government- funded course, in partnership with the Small Business Charter, will help boost your business and leadership skills, while improving productivity and staff retention.
You’ll also gain access to peer-to-peer support from our Centre for SME and Enterprise Development. Whether you need to identify more efficient ways of working, target new markets, or create a plan to take your business and team to the next level, the Help to Grow: Management Course will provide the knowledge and support you need.
Running over 12 weeks it includes online and face-to-face sessions, one-to-one mentoring and peer networking, enabling you to develop a personalised Growth Action Plan to help take your business to the next level. The blended learning approach is designed to fit alongside your work commitments.
What’s great is that it’s designed and delivered by entrepreneurs and industry experts and will allow you time away from the challenges of running a business, so that you can invest in your leadership. You’ll receive practical management training to help develop your strategic leadership skills.
Covering topics such as strategy and innovation, building vision and brand, adopting digital technology and financial management, you’ll finish the course with the knowledge needed to improve profitability, innovation and growth.
